Grace Eberly, DO

Professional interests:

Dr. Eberly enjoys providing both preventative and acute care for patients from birth to early adulthood. She has a particular passion for adolescent medicine and reproductive health. She also has a special interest in working with children and families who have been affected by substance use disorder and/or incarceration.

Personal interests:

Outside of the office, Dr. Eberly enjoys traveling, learning about new cultures or languages, and expanding her ever-growing book collection, most of which she gets second-hand from garage sales or thrift stores. She also keeps busy with small projects for her new home. After work, her cats keep her thoroughly entertained. Most of all, Dr. Eberly is very happy to be back home in Northwest Ohio, close to family, after many years away during medical school and residency.
