The Julien A. Faisant Adult Day Center serves the dual purpose of maintaining an individual’s maximum level of independence while providing relief, support, and education to caregivers and families of the participants. To schedule a tour, please call 419.425.3850 or 419.425.3261. Understanding the challenges families face 24 hours a day, the Adult Day Center aims to provide all participants with a safe and supportive environment. The individualized and group activities stimulate the mind and spirit to bring joy and satisfaction to the lives of those adults who are affected by memory loss. The Center provides family members with the support needed to allow them to work outside the home or enjoy much-needed respite time.
